About the Opportunity
Ericsson is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality RAN solutions aligned with customer requirements and evolving business needs. In this position, you will bridge customer expectations with technical capabilities, contributing directly to profitable business growth. You will support requirement analysis and high-level design activities and may also assume responsibilities across the service delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer interactions and technical discussions related to RAN solutions
  • Collect, analyze, and document customer technical requirements
  • Support the development of service proposals aligned with customer needs
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and deliver customer-facing presentations
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing and technical enablement activities
  • Identify and contribute to add-on sales and business growth opportunities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering or an equivalent discipline
  • 8-10 years of experience working with Ericsson RAN technologies (5G, 4G/LTE, VoLTE)
  • Strong knowledge of modern telecom RAN technologies, with hands-on experience in LTE, VoLTE, and 5G
  • Practical experience and/or troubleshooting expertise with Ericsson RAN nodes is a strong advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, cultural awareness, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
