  • Lead promotional evaluation and trade investment governance
  • Embed ROI standards and structured post event reviews
  • Improve quality of spend and return on investment
  • Ensure promotional plans support long term margin accretion
  • Helping to build capability via improved both human and tooling performance

What you’ll bring...

  • Proven RGM experience within FMCG, ideally in a branded environment
  • Developed track record of delivering net revenue growth and margin improvement
  • Experience across pricing, promotional optimisation and mix management
  • Exposure to commercial finance, sales or category collaboration
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical and modelling skills
  • Advanced Excel capability, experience with syndicated data tools and BI platforms

  • Structured thinker with strong governance discipline
  • Credible presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Confident communicator who can simplify complexity
  • High ownership mindset, resilient and delivery focused
  • Able to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail
