Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated digital demand-generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web channels to drive pipeline growth and ROI

  • Manage and improve paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to increase reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Develop and implement a localised EMEA social media strategy aligned with global brand and messaging
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation tools, translating data into actionable insights
  • Optimise web and campaign pages for SEO and conversion across regional markets
  • Adapt global campaigns and messaging for local markets, ensuring relevance and consistency
  • Support the creation of campaign assets including case studies, videos, and sales enablement materials
  • Plan and deliver webinars and virtual events as part of integrated campaigns
  • Provide occasional support for in-person events, including coordination with venues, vendors, and speakers

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital or demand-generation marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth, lead quality, and measurable ROI
  • Strong hands-on experience across email marketing, paid media, social, and web campaigns
  • Expertise in marketing automation, including segmentation, nurture journeys, and performance optimisation
  • Experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Proficient with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua) and data analysis
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Comfortable working across international teams and regional markets
  • Experience with webinar platforms (e.g. ON24) and workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com, Zapier) is a plus
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous
  • Experience in software or technology industries preferred
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. French, Arabic) are a plus
