Lead prototypes, technical reviews, optimization, and complex issue resolution while partnering with engineering, product, security, AI, and business stakeholders. Mentor data engineers and architects and establish reusable standards for scalable, reliable, cost-effective data products.

Leads enterprise-wide product strategy and transformation from the Corporate Strategy Office. Supports the sales cycle for TeamMate IT GRC software by leading discovery sessions, translating customer requirements into solution strategies, delivering tailored demonstrations, contributing to RFPs and proofs of concept, and advising senior stakeholders. Partners with sales, product, marketing, and professional services teams while providing IT GRC expertise, market insights, thought leadership, and product feedback. Requires strong presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, plus German and English proficiency.

Lead global marketing strategy and execution for Corporate Tax (CP & ESG) products. Provide senior leadership to marketing teams, drive cross-functional initiatives, manage budgets, evaluate program effectiveness, build partner relationships, adopt new marketing technologies, and represent marketing at the executive level.
