This is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited to someone who enjoys combining financial analysis, written communication, and stakeholder interaction in a fast-paced public markets environment. The role is content-driven rather than event-driven and requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work under immovable deadlines.
Depending on experience and demonstrated autonomy, the role may be appointed at Analyst or Senior Analyst level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will draft, review, and coordinate a wide range of investor relations materials, including

Investor presentations, roadshow materials, conference speeches, and capital markets day content
You will ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all external IR communications in close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and senior management.
Investor data and content management
You will
Maintain and develop the Investor Fact Book and Investor Fact Sheet
Manage financial data and content for the Investor Relations website and other IR communication channels
Ensure accuracy and consistency of public financial market data across external platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet, and similar services
Market and peer analysis
You will
Monitor sell-side analyst research, forecasts, and consensus models
Track and analyze broker commentary, peer disclosures, and competitor reporting
Prepare concise summaries and insights for the VP Investor Relations and, when required, for executive or supervisory board audiences
Analysis and ad hoc projects
You will contribute to a wide range of analytical and research projects, including
Peer benchmarking on disclosure practices, accounting treatments, guidance approaches, and KPIs
Review of best practices in investor relations communication, ESG disclosure, and IR technology
Support on M&A related disclosures and investor communications when required
Q&A and stakeholder support
You will
Prepare and maintain investor and analyst Q&A documents across financial, strategic, and governance topics
Support senior management and divisional leadership with IR-related presentations and messaging
Help shape clear and consistent equity story messaging for external and internal audiences
Events and engagement
You will support the VP Investor Relations and senior management during investor roadshows, conferences, and selected IR events, including preparation of materials and follow-up analysis.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, sell-side equity research, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or investment management
Strong understanding of financial statements and public company reporting
Experience in software, information services, or publishing is a strong advantage but not mandatory
