As the Senior Marketing Specialist, Connectivity you will be a key member of our Connectivity Marketing team that develops and implements our partner marketing strategy for the connectivity partners in the Core OTA and Vacation Rental space to increase engagement, API adoption and usage and business growth. This role provides an excellent career growth opportunity, deepening your marketing and leadership skills with high profile travel partners.

This position collaborates with many internal departments including Account Management, Strategy and Performance, Digital Operations, Creative, and Analytics teams to gather intelligence, define plans, and implement programs to increase partner engagement and success!

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with VR team account managers and internal strategy teams globally to provide multi-channel marketing initiatives aligned to VR Connectivity lodging commercial objectives​
  • Provide solutions to drive messaging at scale to VR connectivity partners
  • Support Connectivity Partner Program for VR connectivity partners including maintenance and incentives
  • Support Connectivity Provider Guide (CPG) for Vacation Rental​ line of business, including lead generation
  • Drive VR connectivity partners to self-serve adoption and implement new streamlined processes where possible, to provide efficiencies for account management and partners
  • Support API adoption and usage growth​ within the product roadmap
  • Partner engagement, including newsletter​ and in person events
  • Support planning and execution of always on comms related to commercial business needs​
  • Lead generation support from CPG for VR Connectivity Software Providers
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure marketing activity prioritization, alignment with other partner facing activities and emerging opportunities
  • Partner with analytics and internal teams to measure the impact of our marketing activities

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or Communications, Advertising or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
  • 3+ years marketing experience, preference working in a role with a global remit
  • Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and programs that engage B2B customers/partners - using a range of marketing activities and technologies
  • Strong written communication and visual storytelling
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives when balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace with a strong bias for action
  • Exceptional planning skills with a proven track record of consistently executing and producing results on time
  • Successfully navigate new or ambiguous situations in a globally matrixed organization
  • Strong campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Ability to work effectively across the organization with groups such as analytics, product and account management to build campaigns and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Strong data analysis and insight development skills
  • Message Gears or Marketo email system experience a plus
