The job

The Senior Digital Marketing & Partnerships Manager plays a key role in bringing Flo’s marketing and partnership strategy for healthcare professionals to life. You’ll take the lead in executing impactful digital campaigns, scaling engagement across medical audiences, and building partnerships that enhance Flo’s credibility in female health.

This is a hybrid role that blends marketing, partnerships, and growth. You’ll work on a wide range of projects: from web strategy and CRM to campaign innovation to representing Flo at international conferences and global partnerships that accelerate our impact.

Working closely with the wider Medical Partnerships team, you’ll translate strategic direction into high-quality execution — leading projects from planning to delivery, optimizing results, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

What you’ll do

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Shape and execute the digital marketing strategy to grow awareness and engagement among doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead website growth and SEO strategy for Flo’s medical site — scaling traffic, optimizing user journeys, and strengthening conversion funnels.
  • Design and manage CRM and email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, automated flows, re-engagement tactics, and campaign optimization.
  • Test and launch new growth initiatives such as webinars, paid campaigns, social media activations, etc,.
  • Represent Flo at major global medical conferences — leading event strategy, developing campaign materials, and driving post-event engagement.
  • Use analytics and experimentation to continuously refine messaging, channel performance, and conversion efficiency.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and lead strategic relationships with key medical organizations to deliver impactful joint initiatives that advance Flo’s mission.
  • Collaborate with Flo’s Expert Board of 140+ global medical professionals to create content, strengthen credibility, and drive visibility.
  • Identify and activate new partnership opportunities that expand Flo’s reach within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of partnership initiatives through strong cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, and process optimization.
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in senior marketing and/or partnership roles, ideally in digital health, tech, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven success in leading digital marketing strategies across web, SEO, CRM, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach and hands-on ability to execute.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partnerships.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM), CMS tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. GPT) for content development and process optimization.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
