Manage a 20-person creative team, drive acquisition and subscription outcomes, unlock new audiences, improve production efficiency, establish creative measurement systems, and present performance insights to executives and the board.

The Senior Product Designer will lead design projects, create scalable frameworks, and mentor teams while ensuring high-quality, emotionally intelligent design in the Flo app.

Build self-service developer tooling and platform infrastructure to support high-traffic distributed systems. Lead platform engineering for AWS/EKS with IaC (Terraform), drive reliability and observability (metrics, logs, tracing), implement privacy-sensitive infrastructure, and establish sustainable on-call and business continuity practices while collaborating across product teams.

The Senior Product Designer will lead complex design projects, create frameworks, mentor design teams, and ensure accessibility and emotional intelligence in user experiences across Flo's app.

The Android Engineer at Flo will develop and maintain large-scale mobile applications, focusing on delivering intuitive user experiences and ensuring reliable production releases, while collaborating in a cross-functional team.

Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals, design org structures, drive compensation and performance processes, manage employee relations across jurisdictions, build leadership capability, and use HR analytics to measure and improve engagement, retention, and delivery velocity.
