Own Flo’s monetisation strategy across pricing, subscriptions, paywalls, offers, and personalisation. Analyse regional and user-segment opportunities, design experiments, optimise conversion and lifetime value, and coordinate campaigns across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and finance. Manage App Store and Google Play subscription configurations while advising product teams on monetisation best practices and experimentation frameworks.

Develop and deploy large-scale machine learning and LLM systems for Flo’s female health products. Build medically safe generative AI features, architect ML/LLM pipelines and serving infrastructure, manage data pipelines, and own solutions end to end. Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and analytics teams while applying responsible AI practices, MLOps, testing, and CI/CD to deliver scalable product capabilities.

Lead and grow an engineering team building reliable, scalable, secure, privacy-first AI-powered health products. Set technical direction, guide architecture, unblock delivery, champion engineering quality, and collaborate across disciplines. Hire, coach, develop, and promote engineers while delivering products to a global audience. The role requires substantial coding experience in Scala, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C/Swift, distributed systems expertise, and several years managing engineering teams.

Own go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, launches, experimentation, and adoption metrics for Flo’s consumer digital health products. Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Medical, and analytics teams to shape products from discovery through growth, ensure compliant communications, and establish scalable product marketing processes.

Lead integrated campaigns for Flo’s perimenopause category, from positioning and creative development through launch, production, and performance review. Drive brand equity and commercial growth through cross-functional collaboration with creative, PR, product marketing, influencers, and social teams. Own campaign calendars, identify partnership and channel opportunities, manage budgets, and measure installs, revenue, and campaign effectiveness.

Leads Flo’s global PR and external communications strategy across corporate, consumer, product, scientific, and executive communications. Responsibilities include building reputation and media relationships, translating medical and technical subjects into accessible narratives, advising executives, managing crisis and issues communications, leading a global communications team, overseeing agencies and budgets, and coordinating communications across healthcare, technology, privacy, science, and public policy.

Lead end-to-end creative strategy across brand, performance marketing, production, and AI. Manage a 20-person creative team, drive acquisition and subscription outcomes, unlock new audiences, improve production efficiency, establish creative measurement systems, and present performance insights to executives and the board.

The role involves developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing large language models, building ML infrastructure, and implementing CI/CD practices for AI/ML systems.

The Senior Product Designer will lead design projects, create scalable frameworks, and mentor teams while ensuring high-quality, emotionally intelligent design in the Flo app.

Build self-service developer tooling and platform infrastructure to support high-traffic distributed systems. Lead platform engineering for AWS/EKS with IaC (Terraform), drive reliability and observability (metrics, logs, tracing), implement privacy-sensitive infrastructure, and establish sustainable on-call and business continuity practices while collaborating across product teams.
