As a Senior iOS Engineer at Flo, you will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll take ownership of the mobile product lifecycle and optimize app performance for users globally.

Build self-service developer tooling and platform infrastructure to support high-traffic distributed systems. Lead platform engineering for AWS/EKS with IaC (Terraform), drive reliability and observability (metrics, logs, tracing), implement privacy-sensitive infrastructure, and establish sustainable on-call and business continuity practices while collaborating across product teams.

The Senior Product Designer will lead complex design projects, create frameworks, mentor design teams, and ensure accessibility and emotional intelligence in user experiences across Flo's app.

Lead strategy and execution of Flo's payments and subscription platform across Web, iOS, and Android. Own roadmap, subscription lifecycle, payment flows, fraud and dispute strategy, tax compliance, reconciliation, performance optimization, tooling, and cross-functional delivery to support scalable, compliant monetisation.

The Android Engineer at Flo will develop and maintain large-scale mobile applications, focusing on delivering intuitive user experiences and ensuring reliable production releases, while collaborating in a cross-functional team.

Lead and grow an AI Platform engineering team that builds shared ML infrastructure powering Flo's AI features. Own roadmap, coordinate cross-team delivery, provide technical stewardship (~20% hands-on), ensure safety and medical compliance, and act as primary stakeholder contact and partner representative.

Lead and grow a Predictive Growth Optimisation team to own Flo's pLTV system, build Marketing Mix Modeling, and develop real-time algorithms and production ML systems that optimize user acquisition and marketing spend while partnering with Growth, Product, and Finance.

The role involves developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing large language models, building ML infrastructure, and implementing CI/CD practices for AI/ML systems.

The Senior Product Designer will lead design projects, create scalable frameworks, and mentor teams while ensuring high-quality, emotionally intelligent design in the Flo app.

Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals, design org structures, drive compensation and performance processes, manage employee relations across jurisdictions, build leadership capability, and use HR analytics to measure and improve engagement, retention, and delivery velocity.
