As the marketing function continues to evolve, this role is expected to play a key part in building and leading the Growth Marketing capability.
The Senior Marketing Manager – Growth Marketing will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, lead generation, demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across the business. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated growth marketing programmes that generate qualified leads, accelerate prospect conversion and support commercial growth objectives.
What that means day to day
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing, demand generation and ABM strategies to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth and revenue opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to deliver effective go-to-market campaigns, product launches and targeted account engagement programmes.
- Own CRM and marketing automation activity, including lead management, segmentation, nurture campaigns, customer journeys and pipeline reporting.
- Lead website and digital marketing performance, optimising SEO, paid media, email marketing, conversion rates and user experience to maximise ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring alignment to commercial objectives, budgets and business growth plans.
What you’ll need to be successful
To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on growth marketing, demand generation and pipeline creation. You'll be confident delivering targeted campaigns, including ABM programmes, and using CRM and marketing automation platforms to drive lead generation, nurture prospects and improve conversion. A data-driven approach, strong digital marketing expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and key stakeholders will be essential, alongside excellent communication, project management and relationship-building skills.
