Lead full-stack development on a greenfield product: design architecture with central architects, build .NET Core back-end services and React front-end components, use AI tooling (GitHub Copilot), manage Azure DevOps CI/CD, design MongoDB schemas, integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and enforce code quality via reviews and secure AI-assisted practices.

Deliver independent third-party ISO audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) after a structured training programme. Plan and lead audits, gather evidence, produce impartial reports, host meetings, build client relationships, and continue professional development across varied industries.

Lead end-to-end product design for the Carbon Hub platform: run discovery and usability testing, define UX flows and design principles, build and maintain design-system components in Figma and code, ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2), optimize front-end performance, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces.

Lead Veriforce's global brand, digital and content strategy while aligning regional teams to drive demand generation and measurable pipeline growth. Build market and customer insight, oversee website and martech/AI adoption, manage partner marketing programs, and advise executive leadership while governing the global marketing budget and performance metrics.
