Lead Growth Marketing to drive B2B demand, pipeline and ABM programs. Own CRM and marketing automation, digital channels (SEO, paid media, email), website performance and reporting. Partner with Sales, agencies and stakeholders to execute data-driven campaigns, nurture journeys and product launches that accelerate conversion and revenue.

Contribute to back-end services using .NET Core and front-end components with React. Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, use GitHub Copilot, support Azure DevOps and CI/CD, assist with MongoDB schemas, integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other APIs, write testable code, and participate in code reviews while learning from feedback.

Design, develop, and own Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform and Azure integrations. Build plugins, customisations, workflows, and reports; apply TDD; translate stakeholder requirements into secure, performant solutions; maintain platform health; produce technical documentation; and identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled features to improve automation and user experience.

Review and assess contractor information against regulated standards, complete verifications to quality and productivity targets, support contractors and colleagues, manage data in systems and provide excellent customer service throughout the verification process.

Deliver independent third-party ISO audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) after a structured training programme. Plan and lead audits, gather evidence, produce impartial reports, host meetings, build client relationships, and continue professional development across varied industries.

Lead full-stack development on a greenfield product: design architecture with central architects, build .NET Core back-end services and React front-end components, use AI tooling (GitHub Copilot), manage Azure DevOps CI/CD, design MongoDB schemas, integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and enforce code quality via reviews and secure AI-assisted practices.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and LLM-based solutions for risk scoring, compliance prediction, churn analysis, and contractor analytics. Integrate models into production on AWS and Azure, use Microsoft Fabric for data pipelines and feature engineering, implement model monitoring and retraining, and collaborate cross-functionally within an Agile SDLC.

Drive enterprise expansion by identifying and engaging target accounts, mapping stakeholders, applying structured qualification (e.g., MEDDICC), building commercial cases, negotiating multi-year agreements, and managing long complex sales cycles to meet new business targets.
