Partner with customers, engineers, designers, sustainability teams, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to define and validate solutions. Use Pendo analytics to measure outcomes, Jira to manage delivery, and AI tools including Figma Make for prototyping and productivity. The role requires strong platform architecture fluency, customer centricity, communication, sustainability interest, and the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Plan, conduct and lead independent third-party audits for QMS and ISMS. Gather objective evidence, prepare impartial audit reports, host opening/closing meetings, build client relationships, travel regionally, and complete lead auditor training/qualifications.

Deliver independent third-party ISO audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) after a structured training programme. Plan and lead audits, gather evidence, produce impartial reports, host meetings, build client relationships, and continue professional development across varied industries.
