Generate and convert new business through high-volume outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings. Manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to close, conduct consultative sales conversations, overcome objections, negotiate deals, maintain CRM records, and consistently achieve activity, revenue, and KPI targets.

Own discovery, roadmap, backlog, and iterative delivery for a Carbon Hub platform area. Partner with customers, engineers, designers, sustainability teams, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to define and validate solutions. Use Pendo analytics to measure outcomes, Jira to manage delivery, and AI tools including Figma Make for prototyping and productivity. The role requires strong platform architecture fluency, customer centricity, communication, sustainability interest, and the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Plan, conduct and lead independent third-party audits for QMS and ISMS. Gather objective evidence, prepare impartial audit reports, host opening/closing meetings, build client relationships, travel regionally, and complete lead auditor training/qualifications.
