Job Description

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and alignment with company objectives in direct exchange with VP Group Marketing.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders on an operational level.
  • Manage marketing initiatives, encompassing: Lead & Demand Generation as well as Brand Awareness Campaigns, live marketing events & fairs and partner marketing activities.
  • Drive lead pipeline growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Optimize and monitor search engine marketing (SEM) activities for maximum impact as well as SEO & website optimization.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, evaluating results against ROI and KPIs.
  • Support the development and optimization of marketing automation and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to working students and junior team members.
  • Manage external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for reviewing and enhancing visual assets.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English and German, enabling confident engagement in contractual and technical discussions.
  • (Optional) Familiarity with AI Cloud Platforms and Data Center technologies is a strong advantage.
