WHO IS SPRYKER?

Spryker was founded to address the limitations of rigid, monolithic commerce platforms by providing a modular, headless, and API-first solution. Our technology enables businesses to quickly build, scale, and customize digital commerce experiences across B2B, B2C, and marketplace models.

We are trusted by industry leaders such as Ricoh, Siemens, Daimler, BOSCH, ZF, Hilti, and ALDI. Beyond technology, we offer unparalleled collaboration and co-innovation, working closely with our clients to achieve exceptional outcomes. This commitment makes us the partner of choice, even when compared to the largest competitors in the market.

With an impressive customer retention rate of over 94%, we have built a strong reputation for delivering outstanding value and fostering long-term partnerships. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping Spryker’s product narrative — connecting technical innovation with business value and enabling our go-to-market teams to drive measurable impact across the enterprise commerce ecosystem.

THE ROLE

Working closely with our EVP Go-to-Market, Florian Speckbacher and VP Product, Karl Bischoff, you will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy - translating Spryker’s modular and composable commerce technology into compelling, differentiated, and business-relevant messaging for enterprise audiences.

This is a strategic and executional hybrid role (approx. 40% positioning and messaging, 40% enablement and GTM readiness, 20% research and analysis) that sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Go-to-Market. You will ensure Spryker’s value proposition is clearly articulated across all touchpoints - from the product roadmap to the sales pitch.

You will:

  • Define Clear Positioning: Build differentiated messaging frameworks that connect Spryker’s composable architecture to tangible business outcomes across industries and buyer personas.
  • Simplify Complexity: Translate deep technical concepts (e.g., modularity, API-first, scalability) into engaging and easy-to-understand narratives for IT, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Enable the Field: Create and maintain sales and partner enablement content, including value messaging guides, battlecards, objection handling, and ROI frameworks that drive adoption and performance.
  • Lead Go-to-Market Readiness: Partner with Product and Tech teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring the commercial organization is fully enabled and aligned.
  • Drive Competitive Differentiation: Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to ensure Spryker’s messaging remains relevant, distinctive, and defensible.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams - ensuring cohesive storytelling and strategic alignment across the business.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing within complex enterprise SaaS, commerce, or platform environments.
  • Proven success in developing and executing messaging frameworks that translate technical product features into clear business value.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying processes and value-based sales enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to craft clarity out of complexity.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize performance based on pipeline contribution, content adoption, and campaign impact.
  • Highly collaborative and structured, with a demonstrated ability to align multiple stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Sales.
  • Native English speaker, preferably with fluent German communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

  • Strategic ownership of Spryker’s product narrative and positioning across industries and buyer personas.
  • Close collaboration with the Head of Marketing, EVP Go-to-Market, Product Leadership, and Technology teams.
  • Direct influence on how Spryker communicates its innovation to the market - bridging technology and business outcomes.
  • Opportunity to shape the function and grow toward a Director of Product Marketing role as Spryker continues to scale.
  • The chance to define how one of Europe’s most innovative commerce technology companies tells its story to the world. #LI-Remote
