As the Marketing Manager for Game Publishing at Level Infinite, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping launch strategies and live service plans for multiple titles across global platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Audience Strategy: Establish strategic partnerships with game studios and internal research and product optimization teams to steer game launch campaigns, deliver on marketing KPIs, and optimize content and marketing strategies for maximum engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Develop comprehensive plans anchored in brand and commercial KPIs and oversee the execution of global marketing strategies throughout the lifecycle. Coordinate campaigns across channels and functional teams to ensure timely execution and impact.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate closely with game studios, internal publishing experts, and agency partners to craft and amplify relevant content across paid media, influencer channels, and other platforms.
  • Regional Amplification: Take the lead in localizing global content strategies, supporting local activations, and liaising with regional teams to ensure informed planning and execution.
  • Audience and Marketing Intelligence: Partner with research and data teams for valuable player insights, identify local opportunities, and make informed recommendations for publishing activity based on competitor updates.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Develop budget recommendations optimizing resource allocation and achieving marketing objectives. Oversee the deployment of budgets in-market and in-channel to maximize impact and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and an ability to work with high-performing international teams.
  • 6+ years of marketing management with proven experience in building growth, engagement, and retention strategies, leading planning and managing marketing campaigns for a digital entertainment brand on a global scale.
  • Good understanding of content and market trends, you know the pop-culture/entertainment/internet to build relevant strategy. Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, including key gaming platforms.
  • Able to communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, adapt to different time zones, be able to respond to team requests in a timely manner.
  • A real passion for the games industry with genuine interest and knowledge in games and latest trends in video games.
  • Organised and with very good project management skills. Able to prioritise effectively and be competent in handling multiple programmes across multiple markets.
  • High levels of initiative, energy, ownership and urgency.
