We’re looking for a well-rounded, hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to join Finova’s growing marketing team. This is a broad and exciting role for an experienced marketer who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, combining strategic thinking with practical execution across multiple channels.
You’ll play a key role in delivering integrated marketing activity that supports brand awareness, demand generation and customer engagement. From running Google Ads and PPC campaigns, to managing social channels, email marketing, and delivering everything from large industry conferences to smaller, owned customer events — this role is all about variety, ownership and impact.
Experience running Google Ads / PPC campaigns is essential. Experience using HubSpot is highly beneficial.
What you’ll be doing
As Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering and optimising marketing activity across a wide mix of channels, including:
- Owning and running Google Ads / PPC campaigns, including planning, execution, optimisation, budget management and performance reporting
- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events and webinars
- Managing Finova’s social media presence, including content planning, posting, performance tracking and optimisation
- Planning, delivering and promoting events and webinars, from large industry conferences to smaller, owned events for existing customers
- Creating and coordinating email marketing campaigns, including customer communications, nurture activity and campaign follow-ups
- Collaborating with sales, product and leadership teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business objectives, product launches and commercial priorities
- Working with external agencies and partners where required, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and within budget
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, tracking KPIs and using insights to continuously improve results and ROI
- Supporting the creation and management of marketing collateral, including presentations, sales materials and website content
About you
You’re a confident, proactive and commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys variety and ownership. You’re just as comfortable setting up a PPC campaign as you are supporting an event or refining messaging for an email campaign.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven experience in a senior or mid-level marketing role, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Hands-on experience owning and running Google Ads / PPC campaigns (this is essential)
- Experience across a broad marketing mix, including social media, email marketing, events and webinars
- Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation / CRM platforms (highly beneficial)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, report on performance and optimise activity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to work cross-functionally
- A practical, can-do mindset — you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
