Title and Summary
Senior Managing Consultant - CyberSecurity, Fraud & AI Governance - (Regional SME, EEMEA)
The Senior Managing Consultant serves as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cyber Security, Fraud, AI Governance, and Security Solution based Synergies across the EEMEA region. The role combines strategic advisory leadership, program governance, market engagement, product enablement, and regional hub management to drive growth and operational excellence across Mastercard's Advisory & Consulting Services (A&CS) portfolio.
This individual will act as the regional leader coordinating cyber, fraud, and AI-related initiatives across EEMEA, supporting clients, product teams, market stakeholders, and delivery hubs to accelerate business growth, strengthen ecosystem resilience, and deliver measurable client outcomes.
The role requires a strong combination of industry expertise, strategic consulting, stakeholder management, program leadership, and regional coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership & Market Development
* Serve as the EEMEA Subject Matter Expert for Cyber Security, Fraud, and AI Governance solutions.
* Lead regional initiatives to drive adoption of Cyber, Fraud, and Security consulting offerings.
* Support market teams in identifying client opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies.
* Represent Mastercard at executive forums, industry conferences, regulator discussions, and client engagements.
Cyber Security & Fraud Expertise
* Provide thought leadership and advisory support across cyber resilience, cybersecurity strategy, fraud prevention, digital identity, and risk management.
* Lead client engagements involving cyber maturity assessments, cyber operating models, fraud transformation, and security strategy.
* Drive regional adoption of Mastercard Cyber solutions and Fraud solutions.
* Support development of cyber and fraud value propositions for strategic clients.
* Identify emerging threats, market trends, and innovation opportunities across the region.
Fraud Fusion & Intelligence Programs
* Lead regional Fraud Fusion initiatives that integrate fraud intelligence, cyber intelligence, identity, and risk management capabilities.
* Partner with product and solution teams to align consulting offerings with Fraud Fusion priorities.
* Coordinate execution of cross-functional programs focused on fraud detection, prevention, response, and ecosystem protection.
* Support commercialization and market expansion of fraud-related solutions.
AI Governance & Coordination
* Act as the regional coordinator for AI Governance initiatives across Cyber, Fraud, Risk, and Advisory practices.
* Support responsible AI adoption frameworks, AI risk management, and governance models.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align AI strategy, policy, compliance, and business objectives.
* Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with regulatory expectations and Mastercard governance requirements.
Program Leadership & Governance
* Lead large-scale regional programs spanning multiple countries, business units, and stakeholder groups.
* Establish governance frameworks, performance tracking, executive reporting, and program reviews.
* Drive execution discipline and operational excellence across strategic initiatives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives, milestones, and business outcomes are achieved.
* Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership on regional priorities and progress.
Regional Hub Management
* Manage and coordinate regional delivery hubs supporting Cyber, Fraud, AI, and Security consulting programs.
* Drive capability development, workforce planning, and knowledge management across hubs.
* Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency and consistency.
* Foster collaboration between local markets and centralized delivery teams.
Product & Solution Enablement
* Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Regional Leadership teams.
* Support product launches, market enablement activities, and client adoption programs.
* Translate product capabilities into client-centric consulting solutions.
* Provide market feedback to influence product roadmaps and innovation priorities.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, Cyber Security, or related field.
* MBA, Master's degree, or relevant professional certifications preferred.
Experience
* 12+ years of experience in consulting, cyber security, fraud management, payments, financial services, or technology sectors.
* Deep expertise in cyber security, fraud prevention, risk management, and digital transformation.
* Experience managing regional programs and multi-country initiatives.
* Demonstrated success leading executive-level client engagements.
* Experience working across diverse markets and global stakeholder groups.
* Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, financial services, fintechs, and digital commerce.
