Working directly with the Leader of Workflow Transformation & Architecture, this role shapes enterprise workflow direction, evaluates strategic investment opportunities, and translates transformation priorities into a multi-year roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Develop future-state operating model concepts, workflow architecture frameworks, capability models, design principles, and enterprise recommendations.
- Lead current-state assessments, maturity evaluations, workflow diagnostics, capability gap analysis, and opportunity identification.
- Shape multi-year roadmap recommendations, sequencing logic, investment priorities, business cases, and executive decision materials.
- Lead cross-functional solutioning with Operations, Client Experience, Technology, Product, Process Design & Governance, Data Analytics, and other partners.
- Evaluate workflow modernization, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, platform opportunities, and related operating model implications.
- Mentor Transformation Architects and build repeatable methods, templates, standards, and ways of working.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, Business Analytics, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in business transformation, operating model design, workflow architecture, process transformation, consulting, operational excellence, or enterprise modernization.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from current-state assessment and future-state design through roadmap planning and implementation strategy.
- Ability to develop operating models, capability maps, workflow designs, governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and leadership recommendations.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and decision-forum leadership skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders, resolve ambiguity, connect strategy to execution, and build transformation architecture capability.
Relevant Experience
- Experience in operating model design, enterprise workflow transformation, organizational effectiveness, shared services transformation, modernization, or large-scale business transformation.
- Experience developing transformation roadmaps, investment cases, prioritization frameworks, governance routines, and executive-level decision materials.
- Experience with current-state assessment, future-state design, capability modeling, automation opportunities, AI-enabled use cases, workflow platforms, consulting, financial services, or relevant certifications is preferred.
