About Us:
The Global Agile & Strategic Projects team operates as an internal consultancy, supporting the delivery of highly strategic, business-critical projects and initiatives in partnership with the Procurement Leadership team, and Procurement Category Management teams across all operating markets. The team sits within the Global Procurement Excellence organization which reports directly into the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO). Across four pillars: ESG & Innovation, Capabilities, Compliance, and Agile & Strategic Projects.
Global Procurement Excellence is responsible to enable and drive the Kraft Heinz Procurement evolution strategy. The agile Procurement workforce forms part of the Global Procurement Excellence team. We want to be the competitive advantage for Kraft Heinz Company, and build and maintain a reputation as a best-in-class Procurement function.
What's on the Menu:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Strategic Projects, Global Procurement Excellence to drive the delivery of critical Procurement projects relating to corporate strategy and transformation, procurement category management, value creation, ESG, and innovation. You will be the owner of your projects and take on the scoping, leadership, and successful delivery of project objectives in line with key strategic priorities. There will be close collaboration with procurement leadership and key cross-functional collaborators. Projects will span across various operating markets and connect to partner functions to ensure implementation is successful.
Key Ingredients:
  • Successful management and delivery of key strategic Procurement projects, programs, and initiatives
  • Successful teamwork and unified direction setting for cross-region and cross-functional teams, sometimes including external partners
  • Delivery of presentations to senior leadership, including C-Suite, and key partners across the business
  • Reporting of project status and value against target to procurement leadership
  • Accuracy in analyses and financial impact modelling when exploring project opportunities and business impact
  • Encouraging a continuous learning environment that promotes creativity and innovative thinking

Recipe for Success: Apply if this sounds like you!
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business or engineering, with excellent academic track record.
  • MBA Required.
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience with a record of strong performance and distinction. Business, Consulting or Procurement experience is a plus.
  • Sophisticated data and financial analysis capability including scenario modelling and data visualization.
  • Customer and project management skills with experience developing team members to deliver intricate projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts to various collaborators and align organizational decision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness within procurement.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, including the ability to optimally lead numerous, diverse projects simultaneously.
