Job Description
We're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Benefits Specialist to manage our Benelux benefits offerings. You will have a key role in driving employee engagement by ensuring the benefits offerings in Belgium and Netherlands are competitive and communicated clearly to the business. Your role is key to making Kraft Heinz a great place to work!
Job Purpose
This role will be responsible for managing and improving the benefits offerings for our Belgium and Netherlands employees. You will work with business leaders, HR teams and employees to continuously improve our benefits, while ensuring existing benefits are fully utilized and managed effectively. You will build relationships with providers and will regularly find new benefits opportunities explore. You will also support the implementation of NL benefits projects and liaise with payroll teams to ensure compliance.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Develop a BLX benefits strategy that ensures our benefits offers are externally competitive
  • Manage the current benefits offerings in Belgium and Netherlands and drive further utilization of benefits usage
  • Identify new or changes to existing benefits to ensure we are competitive to the market, based on market insights
  • Work with the zone benefits team in implementing benefits projects in the Netherlands
  • Work with Local HR to regularly communicate our benefits offerings and be a point of escalation for any local benefits questions
  • Accountable for benefits invoicing and PO Management
  • Work closely with Payroll teams to ensure accurate administration of benefits and also support with any payroll and compliance checks
  • Support discussions with the Dutch Works Council on any benefits-related topics or changes
  • Prior benefits management experience required (min 3-5 Years) in managing Netherlands benefits
  • Previous experience in managing or implementing new benefits
  • Ability to speak Dutch will be beneficial
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment in the NL and Belgium

Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role may require occasional travel to London
