Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and engineering of enterprise scale, mission critical platforms supporting critical business operations
- Architect distributed systems with solid emphasis on scalability, resilience, performance, security, and operational excellence
- Design and evolve microservices based architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud, alongside modern front end frameworks such as React and Angular
- Own backend architecture and system design, producing high level and detailed architectural blueprints that guide consistent implementation
- Provide technical and architectural leadership across full stack and Generative AI initiatives, leveraging React, Node.js, Python, LangChain, and LangGraph
- Champion adoption of modern engineering productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve developer efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering organization, fostering technical excellence, career development, and solid team engagement
- Partner closely with product, and business stakeholders to align priorities, translate business needs into technical outcomes, and ensure predictable delivery
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural standards across teams
- Own delivery commitments and quality, ensuring adherence to Agile practices through active participation in design reviews, code reviews, and ceremonies
- Stay current on advances in AI, ML, and software engineering, guiding thoughtful, value driven adoption within the organization
- Provide strategic direction for machine learning solutions and data pipelines when applicable
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment terms, and organizational directives, maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and operating models

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven significant experience developing and supporting enterprise Java/J2EE applications
- Proven extensive experience developing applications using React.js
- Proven experience in AI or large language model (LLM) application development, evaluation, or operationalization
- Demonstrated experience working with RAG pipelines, tool calling, prompt regression testing, or agent orchestration frameworks
- Proven experience with modern frontend development, including React 18, streaming UI patterns, Storybook, and component-driven development
- Demonstrated solid understanding of system design, architectural decision-making, and software design patterns
- Demonstrated solid understanding of full-stack architectures, including JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and Python
- Proven hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated exposure to Generative AI technologies, including GitHub Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, and agent-based solutions
- Proven solid experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions
- Demonstrated expertise in relational and NoSQL database technologies
- Demonstrated solid proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tools, including Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams within offshore or distributed delivery models
- Demonstrated solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance technical depth and leadership accountability
