Senior Manager, Sales Enablement

Location: London/Seattle

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will shape and execute strategic enablement initiatives, managing a team of experts to ensure optimal sales readiness and productivity. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformational programs, oversee change management initiatives, and implement cutting-edge enablement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Enablement Leadership: Design and lead comprehensive sales enablement strategies aligned with business objectives, driving commercial success and market readiness.
  • Change Program Management: Develop and execute structured change management initiatives to foster organizational alignment and adaptability.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of enablement professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Communication Planning: Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful communication plans that resonate across diverse sales channels and audiences.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to create scalable, high-impact enablement content tailored to sales workflows.
  • Technology Optimization: Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic) to enhance productivity and automate workflows.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish KPIs for enablement initiatives and partner with analytics teams to track performance, delivering insights to inform strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between Sales, Strategy, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Sales Onboarding Excellence: Lead the optimization of onboarding strategies to ensure new hires are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Partner Insights Feedback Loop: Implement systems to capture and relay partner feedback, ensuring continuous improvement across the sales ecosystem.

Who You Are

You are an experienced leader with a robust background in sales enablement, change management, and team leadership. Your strategic mindset and ability to execute at scale make you a trusted advisor and change agent within complex organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales, or related roles, including leadership experience in a global, B2B environment.
  • Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change programs and driving organizational transformation.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable enablement plans.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team management and motivational abilities, fostering growth and collaboration among team members.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to measuring success and driving continuous improvement.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic) with a track record of driving adoption and innovation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
