As our Senior Go-to-Market Enablement Manager, your goal will be to educate and coach commercial business units, empowering them in their daily work and helping them attain success in their role. The ideal candidate would have a blend of Sales enablement experience, an understanding of SaaS products and fundamental Sales frameworks including MEDDPICC. If you are proactive, passionate about helping teams succeed, and excited to work in a tech company on the cutting edge of Generative AI, this could be your role!

As our Senior GTM Enablement Manager, you will: 

  • Partner closely with Sales teams (Leaders, Salespeople, and Solution Engineers) to understand their objectives, challenges, and goals, aligning strategies accordingly.
  • Own key Sales enablement programs in EMEA, including onboarding, from content creation and delivery to ongoing reinforcement.
  • Coach EMEA Sales Team members in day-to-day activities, providing feedback through call listening, messaging reviews, and skill development.
  • Partner with the Revenue Operations team to understand teams’ performance, identify gaps & align on how enablement can impact Sales metrics at large.
  • Lead sales enablement sessions that focus on enhancing understanding of our solutions, the industry, and their impact on customers and leads.
  • Translate product features into solutions for business challenges and outcomes, creating essential training assets like conversation guides and coaching materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure sales enablement content is high-quality, relevant, and impactful.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement for Senior sales teams selling a complex Enterprise-level software solution in a fast growth environment.
  • Experience having developed Enablement programs from start to finish (from needs assessment to reporting on key metrics).
  • Experience facilitating Enablement sessions (in person and remote).
  • Experience collaborating with Rev Ops to track KPIs and performance to identify gaps & inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with core principles of Learning & Development in adult and corporate education, alongside a solid foundation in sales within tech or SaaS/PaaS environments.

What would make you stand out:

  • Experience enabling at an AI company in the Commerce or Service space.
  • MEEDPICC knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in a Sales team (as a salesperson/leader).
  • Experience working & thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
