Description:Are you passionate about driving change and transformation? As a Business Project Manager within our Commercial and Corporate Programme team, you will lead the execution of key change initiatives across 42 locations UK-wide. This exciting role offers the opportunity to deliver transformational projects that shape the future of our business in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
We will count on you to:
Manage projects or workstreams end-to-end, delivering business outcomes on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.
Adhere to project governance, manage stakeholders and project teams, and ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
Maintain and review comprehensive project scope documents, managing any scope changes through formal approvals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks, issues, and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Track project status, costs, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
What you need to have:
Experience managing business process projects in a multi-cultural, multi-site environment.
Proven stakeholder management, budget oversight, issue resolution, and escalation skills
Strong people skills and demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion.
Domain knowledge in financial services or insurance preferred.
Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.
