Overview of the role:

Reporting to the Global Head of Programmatic Trading Development (PTD), the Senior Manager, PTD - Resellers role sits at the intersection of strategy, commercial growth, and programmatic innovation. You will lead InMobi's efforts to build and scale high-impact partnerships with Curators (e.g., Audient, Multilocal, Swym.ai) and Exchange Resellers—key intermediaries shaping how audience-, channel-, and outcome-driven solutions are brought to market across the programmatic ecosystem.

In this role, you will drive incremental revenue by developing strong, strategic commercial relationships, enabling curated supply strategies, and co-creating differentiated offerings that highlight the unique value of the InMobi Exchange. You'll play a critical role in expanding our presence within the curated marketplace and influencing how buyers access and activate premium supply.

Based in London, this is a highly external, client-facing role (approximately 80%) embedded within our global demand organization. It's an opportunity to operate at the forefront of programmatic innovation, with meaningful ownership and visibility across a rapidly evolving ecosystem.

The impact you'll make:

As a PTD Lead for Curators & Resellers, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership growth plans with Curators and Resellers, expanding InMobi’s share of wallet and deepening engagement across this critical buyer segment.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships across commercial, partnerships, and buyer development teams, positioning InMobi as a trusted and strategic partner.
  • Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities by aligning InMobi Exchange supply with audience-, vertical-, and outcome-based deal constructs tailored to partner needs.
  • Translate market insights into innovative solutions, including auction packages, curated PMPs, and reseller deal frameworks that effectively meet evolving advertiser demand.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for your assigned book of business, using performance insights to optimize pipelines, strengthen partnerships, and drive joint business planning.
  • Act as a thought leader within the organization, enabling internal teams and helping position InMobi as a preferred partner in the rapidly growing curation and reseller ecosystem.
  • Deliver measurable revenue growth and market share expansion within this segment by collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to develop bespoke, partner-led solutions.
  • Drive adoption and growth of InMobi’s self-serve platform across Curators and Resellers, increasing utilization and long-term partner value.

The experience we need:

  • 10+ years of experience in programmatic or digital advertising, with direct exposure to agencies and hands-on familiarity with trading platforms and dashboards.
  • Proven track record in commercial partnership management, including deal structuring, negotiation, and ownership of revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including exchanges, DSPs, audience data, and measurement frameworks.
  • Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and scalable growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling business through strategic partnerships, ideally with Curators, Resellers, or similar intermediaries.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align Product, Sales, Operations, and global PTD stakeholders around shared partner goals.
  • Established senior-level relationships within the SSP ecosystem are a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment, with a high degree of ownership and adaptability.
