- Driving a product-led transformation: Partnering with engineering leaders to embed new operating models that focus on end-to-end accountability and customer-centric solutions.
- Leveraging AI and innovation: Supporting teams to adopt AI tools to enhance working life and streamline processes.
- Talent strategy and workforce planning: Designing future-ready workforce strategies for global engineering teams, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
- Culture and engagement: Creating impactful programmes ranging from career development, succession planning, and inclusion initiatives to build an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Align people strategies with divisional objectives to meet business needs.
- Partner with leaders to implement effective talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession, and organisation design.
- Support change and transformation programmes, ensuring successful adoption across business units.
- Collaborate with BPPs, CPPs, and stakeholders to share best practices and continuously improve processes.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, providing insights and solutions based on data to enhance performance and employee experience.
- Proven HR experience with a strong understanding of talent management and organisational design.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders across complex, global environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of LSEG businesses and cross-functional collaboration.
