The Learning Operations and Technology Senior Manager plays a critical role in managing the systems, processes, and technologies that support learning and development initiatives. This position ensures the seamless delivery, optimization, and scalability of training programs, focused on Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms, digital tools, analytics, and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for implementing the technology and operations strategy while fostering global collaboration amongst trainers in regions.   Performing gap analysis and evaluating/implementing technology and operational-based solutions, working with vendors on process/contracts, and ensuring service performance needs are met.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Manage end-to-end learning operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on training initiatives.

  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures for training administration.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry standards in training operations.

  • Streamline workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and learner experience.

  • Monitor LMS usage, learner engagement, and training effectiveness through data analysis.

  • Generate reports on training completion, performance metrics, and ROI of learning initiatives. Provide insights to leadership and stakeholders for data-driven decision making.

  • Collaborate with L&D leaders, instructional designers, trainers, and HR teams to align learning technology with business needs.

  • Create and implement global technology strategy for GTD and enterprise learning.  

  • Ensures a successful launch, availability, training and support for technology solutions for learning and development worldwide.

  • Identifies trends and best practices in LD in and out of industry, effectively communicates to the global team, stakeholders, and relevant functions.

  • Acts as POC for LMS, implementing process for assigning and tracking training for all staff.

  • Acts as the primary POC for LMS vendors and external training partners.

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 7+ years relevant professional experience

Supervisory Responsibilities:  

  • May have direct reports

Computer Skills:   

  • Experience with mobile learning solutions, knowledge or LMS and LXP platforms.  Proficient in Microsoft proficient, Articulate suite, Synthesia, Vyond, Cognota, Degreed

Other Qualifications:

  • Learning Operations certification.  

Travel:

  • As needed

Salary Range: $131,200.00 - $176,200.00 annually

BeiGene is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. All Company employees have the opportunity to own shares of BeiGene Ltd. stock because all employees are eligible for discretionary equity awards and to voluntarily participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
