Job Description

As a Senior Manager within the Global Sales and Account Development team, you will play a pivotal role in building capacity, capability and confidence across Vialto's frontline sellers globally.

Rather than owning a single programme, this role operates across multiple initiatives and projects, working closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts and commercial teams to enable sellers to focus on the right opportunities, in the right markets, with the right tools and insights.

You will lead efforts to improve sales effectiveness, productivity and commercial outcomes by embedding data-driven decision making, AI-enabled selling practices and scalable sales processes across the organization. Working at the intersection of sales, technology, data and change management, you will help shape how Vialto prioritizes opportunities, develops client relationships and drives growth globally.

At a high level, the role focuses on:

  • Sales enablement and seller productivity.

  • Market, client and opportunity analysis to drive prioritization.

  • Embedding data, automation and AI into sales workflows, processes and reporting.

  • Designing and embedding Salesforce improvements, governance, processes and supporting documentation aligned to sales targets.

  • Elevating how insights are generated, communicated and used throughout the sales lifecycle.

  • Driving adoption of new tools, technologies and ways of working across the sales organization.

You will be a hands-on leader operating at the intersection of sales, data, AI, technology and change, balancing multiple priorities within a small, high-performing team. Success in this role requires agility, curiosity, accountability and a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

Sales Enablement & Frontline Capacity Building

  • Partner with global and regional sales leaders to identify friction points and capacity constraints across the seller journey.

  • Design and deliver enablement initiatives, tools, playbooks and resources that improve seller effectiveness.

  • Support account development, opportunity shaping, net new business development, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Enhance seller effectiveness in RFP responses, proposal development and conversion activities.

  • Translate complex information into practical actions and guidance for frontline sellers.

  • Drive adoption of new ways of working through communications, coaching and embedded enablement solutions.

Market Insight, Analysis & Prioritization

  • Identify priority markets, sectors, accounts and opportunities using data-driven analysis.

  • Analyze pipeline performance, conversion metrics, account activity and win/loss trends to surface actionable insights.

  • Support commercial decision making by helping sellers focus on opportunities with the highest potential impact.

  • Combine analytical rigor with commercial judgment to influence strategy and execution.

Data, Reporting & AI-Enabled Selling

  • Lead the evolution of sales reporting, dashboards and business insights to drive action and accountability.

  • Embed AI and automation into sales workflows, including:

    • Opportunity prioritization

    • Pipeline analysis

    • Account insights

    • Performance reporting

    • Seller productivity

  • Champion AI adoption across the sales organization, helping teams move from experimentation to practical, everyday use.

  • Partner with technology, data and commercial teams to ensure solutions are effective, trusted and adopted.

  • Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes, reporting, governance and user experience.

Cross-Project Delivery & Change Management

  • Contribute across a portfolio of strategic sales initiatives and transformation projects.

  • Coordinate stakeholders across sales, commercial operations, subject matter experts and external vendors.

  • Balance competing priorities while ensuring delivery remains aligned to business objectives.

  • Identify risks, dependencies and blockers proactively and drive resolution.

  • Support continuous improvement through lessons learned, feedback loops and optimization activities.

Governance, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare executive-ready materials, updates and insights for senior leaders and Steering Committees.

  • Communicate progress, outcomes and business impact clearly and credibly.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

  • Develop and execute change management and communication plans to drive engagement and adoption.

  • Create compelling communications aligned with Vialto's brand and culture.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence or similar roles within a professional service, consulting or B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, account growth, opportunity management, RFPs, proposals, cross-sell and upsell activities.

  • Proven experience using data and AI to drive commercial decision making and measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience managing multiple projects, initiatives or workstreams simultaneously.

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude or similar technologies, applying appropriate governance and human oversight.

  • Experience operating across strategy, operations, project management, change management and communications.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

  • Effective project management and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.

  • Change leadership mindset focused on driving adoption and sustainable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint or sales enablement platforms.

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci.

  • Experience working with external vendors, partners or consulting organizations.

  • Experience supporting global sales transformation and growth initiatives.

Additional Information

Success in this role requires a commercially curious and impact-focused individual who thrives in a fast-changing environment. You will be comfortable working through ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and continuously identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Directly influence how Vialto prioritizes, pursues and wins business globally.

  • Operate at the forefront of sales enablement, digital transformation and AI adoption.

  • Partner with senior leaders and frontline sellers on high-impact initiatives.

  • Help shape the future commercial capabilities of a growing global organization.
