Lead the Business Travel product roadmap and deliver prototype-to-production features in an AI-first model. Manage client relationships, implementations, integrations (TMC/HRIS/APIs), and vendor partners. Drive data analysis, regulatory-compliant product design, stakeholder reporting, incident response, and RFP content, coordinating with legal, engineering, and senior leadership.

Lead delivery of end-to-end global payroll and rewards services for multinational clients, advising on compensation, equity, employment tax and compliance. Drive technology-enabled solutions (VialtoComp), data analytics, governance and risk management. Manage client relationships, vendors and project implementations, mentor junior staff, and champion automation and continuous improvement across global payroll and rewards operations.
