Support design, implementation, and compliance of global equity/share plans. Contribute to client deliverables, payroll tax withholding calculations, reporting, dashboards, tax matrix maintenance, cross-functional coordination with HR/Finance/Payroll/Tax, employee education, and periodic client-facing travel.

Manage consular and business-visa requirements for global corporate clients, prepare and review complex travel and visa applications, coordinate with global offices and vendors, support financial and project delivery aspects, lead and train junior staff, contribute to business development and technical strategy, and ensure compliance with immigration laws.

Manage and deliver global mobility tax engagements for Japanese clients in the UK, providing cross-border tax advice (residence, tax equalisation, remote work), coaching junior staff, developing client relationships and business, staying current with tax legislation, and supporting global mobility projects across cross-functional teams.
