Mission Statement & Summary
As a Senior Manager, Marketing at NewDay, you’ll own the vision and execution of customer marketing strategies that drive engagement, trust, and long-term value across the lifecycle.
Working at pace in a commercial setting, you’ll shape how customers experience and engage with NewDay’s embedded finance products through clear, compelling customer journeys.
With regulation as a core constraint not an afterthought, you’ll ensure every interaction is compliant, meaningful, and designed to improve real customer outcomes. This is a chance to build something that scales, influences product direction, and directly contributes to portfolio performance.
How you’ll contribute
You’ll lead the embedded finance marketing strategy, delivering impactful omnichannel campaigns that drive engagement and product adoption
Translate customer insight and commercial priorities into clear, compliant communications across the lifecycle
You will develop and coach a small team, creating a high-performing, collaborative environment
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Analytics, Legal and Creative to shape propositions and go-to-market plans
You’ll use data and experimentation to continuously optimise campaigns, improving customer outcomes and commercial performance
We’re looking for these essential skills
Strong capability in developing and delivering marketing approaches targeted at customers within a regulated industry
Ability to balance commercial goals with customer outcomes, using sound judgement and structured problem solving
Experience leading and developing teams, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style
Confidence working with data and analytics to interpret performance and drive decision-making
Expertise in managing complex stakeholder environments and delivering through cross-functional teams
It’s a plus if you also have these skills
Experience in embedded finance, fintech, or partnerships-led propositions
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and lifecycle marketing tooling
Experience improving key customer behaviours such as activation, usage, or repayment outcomes
Strong understanding of omnichannel campaign delivery across digital touchpoints
Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
