About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Connected Commerce is a critical role focused on coordinating market-level commerce initiatives, sharing insights, and ensuring seamless integration of commerce and media strategies. Reporting to the Director, Connected Commerce, this role supports regional markets in implementing innovative and effective commerce solutions tailored to their unique dynamics.

This position requires strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to synthesise and share insights across teams. With experience in commerce or media, the ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic, multi-market environment.

  • Commerce and Media Expertise: Understanding of commerce strategies, including retail media and social commerce, and their integration with media planning.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret data, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and reports.
  • Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams across markets or regions.
