We will count on you for:

  • Growth Team (GT) Strategy & Planning – Support bottom-up GT performance analysis and planning cycles, including projections, targets, and tracking of strategic actions.

  • CRM support – Provide operational support for opportunity and contact hygiene, user enablement, and follow-ups to improve timeliness and accuracy of CRM data.
  • Marketing enablement support – Coordinate growth communications, event logistics, outreach execution, and lead capture/routing support aligned to agreed SLAs.
  • Colleague-related support – Support colleague engagement initiatives and office/leader events through planning, coordination, communications, and follow-through.

What you need to have:

  • Post Graduate degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, commerce, engineering, or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, growth operations, commercial analytics, reporting/insights, or a similar role in a large professional services organization.
  • Strong experience supporting pipeline operations / CRM (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and driving data quality.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), with confidence interacting with senior US stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suit (Excel, PowerPoint etc.); ability to convert data into clear executive-ready narratives.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort working with financial and CRM datasets.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reliably in a fast-changing environment.
  • Willingness and ability to support US time zones (partial overlap required) and collaborate across geographies.

What makes you stand out:

  • Strong stakeholder management: able to influence without authority and drive follow-through.
  • Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with client experience programs (e.g., CEM/NPS) and using insights to drive action.
  • Process improvement mindset; comfort leveraging AI/automation tools for efficiency and quality.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before being asked.
