Lead E&O and professional liability litigation from investigation through trial and appeal. Develop defense strategies, manage outside counsel and budgets, advise business and risk teams on legal trade‑offs, build playbooks and training, maintain litigation trackers and executive reporting, and contribute to legal team processes and capability development.

Serve as lead advisory colleague for smaller insurance books: develop and execute renewal/placement strategies, analyze carrier quotes, support RFPs and product design, manage coverage changes with underwriters, build client and market relationships, and contribute to internal knowledge and client retention.

Lead end-to-end strategy, multi-year roadmap, and large-scale global transformation for Global Claims. Drive automation/AI, cross-functional delivery, governance, benefits realization, change adoption, KPIs, and people leadership to improve client and operational outcomes.

Support end-to-end client projects on pay transparency, pay equity analysis, local pay gap compliance and DEI initiatives across Europe. Analyze workforce and pay data, prepare executive workshops and presentations, collaborate with sales and internal teams, contribute thought leadership, and help grow the team.

Support European hedge fund research and discretionary alternatives portfolios through manager research, performance and risk analysis, portfolio construction support, cashflow management, and preparing written research, performance updates and client materials. Collaborate across research, portfolio management and client teams and contribute to investment themes and process improvements.
