We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing Communications to lead and elevate Pipedrive’s core customer communication strategy. In this role, you will ensure customers receive timely, relevant, and engaging information at every stage of their lifecycle, from sign-up and onboarding to retention, expansion, and beyond - across all digital touch points including email, in-app messaging, whatsapp, app-push notifications and SMS.

You will report into VP of Customer Marketing and lead a dedicated team of 5 individuals in shaping the content, cadence, and frequency of communications to drive revenue growth, deepen product adoption, and strengthen long-term customer loyalty.

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Digital Comms specialists, fostering a culture of digital and AI proficiency
  • Oversee the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of email campaigns (e.g., lifecycle emails, newsletters, product updates) to improve click-through rates, and conversion metrics
  • Drive the strategy for effective in-app and push notification campaigns to guide user behavior, announce new features, and boost adoption
  • Champion the use of generative AI tools and other technological solutions to improve team productivity, content creation efficiency, segmentation accuracy, and communication personalization
  • Work closely with the design teams to ensure all digital communication is on-brand, consistent, and adheres to high-quality standards
  • Establish KPIs and reporting metrics for comms channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement data and test new AI-driven personalization models, to inform and adjust future strategy.
  • Partner closely with our Product teams and the broader Marketing organization to ensure customer communications are aligned with product roadmaps and GTM strategies
  • Maintain best practices for email deliverability, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

Does this sound like you?

  • Proven track record of leading digital marketing, customer lifecycle, or customer communications teams, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience
  • Experience in customer journeys, utilizing data and customer behavior to design automated journeys and drive key business metrics of revenue
  • Experience working with email marketing and campaign management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools to drive marketing efficiency and personalization
  • High technical fluency and a proactive approach to adopting new MarTech and AI capabilities to support Pipedrive’s AI-native product vision
  • Strong analytical skills and exposure to A/B and multivariate testing techniques
  • Attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives
  • Knowledge of customer databases, customer segmentation
  • Proficient in the use of Google suite of products, such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Experience with Jira, and Tableau for project management and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent related professional experience; Graduate degree a plus
