What you will do:

Note that this is an office-based role (4 days per week).

We're looking for a gifted writer and strategic communications leader to serve as deputy to our Head of Communications – someone who can develop strategy, own major programs end-to-end, and confidently hold down the fort when needed.

You’ll own three critical programs: building distributed thought leadership across our Research Directors, driving podcast growth and business impact, and developing our employer brand. But this isn't a pure strategy role – you'll balance high-level thinking with hands-on execution, writing high-stakes content and ensuring programs deliver measurable results.

You’re obsessively organized, write pristine and error-free copy, and move seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical delivery. You understand Zero100’s irreverent-but-premium tone instinctively: you know when to inject personality and when to dial up the polish, when a well-placed observation lands and when it undermines credibility. You proactively communicate without being chased, spot opportunities for improvement, and have the judgment to know when to escalate and when to solve independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Podcast Operations

  • Manage production and output for The Zero100 Podcast, holding external vendors accountable for quality and deadlines
  • Own external guest outreach and coordination, working with our GTM and Customer Engagement teams to confirm strategic alignment
  • Brief guests and conduct pre-interview prep to ensure compelling conversations
  • Nurture post-episode relationships with guests to build long-term connections
  • Track podcast performance, analyze trends, and report on business impact
  • Contribute ideas for new podcast formats, segments, and content innovations

Writing & Strategic Content

  • Write research summaries, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials that help the team show up their best externally
  • Develop compelling content that helps sell Zero100 to prospects (case studies, capability decks, pitch materials)
  • Own thought leadership content development for Research Directors, writing LinkedIn posts that position them as industry authorities
  • Adapt complex research insights into accessible, compelling narratives for different audiences and formats, including LinkedIn posts, explainer videos, podcasts, and executive summaries
  • Ensure all external-facing content maintains Zero100's irreverent-but-premium tone
  • Provide guidance and quality control on communications outputs across the team

Internal Comms & Employer Brand

  • Work with the Head of People and Comms to develop and produce our monthly team newsletter
  • Draft regular internal announcements and company updates
  • Manage internal content calendar and planning
  • Develop employer brand content showcasing Zero100's culture, team, and values

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in communications, content marketing, or a similar role
  • Exceptional writer with a strong portfolio of published work across multiple formats
  • Impeccable self-editor who catches typos, tightens prose, and refines AI-generated drafts into polished, on-brand copy
  • Obsessively organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and hit deadlines without being chased
  • Ruthlessly self-sufficient – you spot problems early and either solve them independently or escalate with recommended solutions
  • Experienced managing external agencies and vendors, holding them accountable for quality and deadlines
  • Skilled at stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and senior executives

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing podcast production or multimedia content
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, algorithm, and best practices for professional engagement
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or membership organizations
  • Experience with internal communications and employer brand development

Benefits
  • Competitive Salary
  • Private Healthcare
  • Enhanced pension
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Exciting team socials and parties that bring our international team together
  • Free office breakfasts daily and free lunches once a week
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Life insurance
