As a Senior Manager, you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth. You will work alongside our Commercial Excellence lead and a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice, shaping and mentoring your career.
You will manage entire engagement lifecycles, from origination and initial mobilisation, through to execution. Acting as a bridge between Analysys Mason and our clients, you will ensure that our value-led outcomes meet our clients’ high standards and expectations.
Our projects are diverse, and your focus could include pricing strategy, monetisation, revenue growth management, sales effectiveness, commercial operating model working alongside corporate and PE clients. You will also play a significant role in the career development, coaching and mentoring of internal and client teams, as well as the line management of internal team members.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering international commercial excellence and transformation projects across technology intensive industries.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a lead advisor and delivery owner.
- Utilising your networks to drive business development, based on the breadth and depth of your industry expertise.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end to end solutions for clients.
- Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
- Controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of client engagements.
- Coaching, mentoring and inspiring project teams to deliver high performance and develop their potential.

- consulting experience, driving business development, managing and delivering commercial excellence engagements for high-profile clients across technology intensive sectors such as TMT, Utilities, Industrials, Space and Satellite, Transport & Mobility, B2B Software or Consumer Tech
- project experience within pricing strategy, monetisation, revenue growth management, sales effectiveness or commercial operating model.
