As a key member of the Demand Generation team, the Senior Manager of Campaigns is responsible for pipeline generation, integrated campaign strategy, project management, and team empowerment to execute. This role will work cross-functionally with product marketing, the sales organization, and the broader Workiva ecosystem to design, implement, and monitor campaigns that achieve shared objectives. 

The ideal candidate is data-driven and possesses a thorough understanding of how digital and offline channels and tactics align with each stage of the buyer's journey. Additionally, this role involves managing a small but mighty team, responsible for launching holistic plans across EMEA that intertwine with our regional and country level targets to drive results.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Build strategic campaigns to meet pipeline goals for new and existing business, focusing on market segments, target accounts, and buying groups

  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate, scope, and identify resources needed to execute marketing programs that drive awareness, generate conversions, and create pipeline

  • Marketing Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate the marketing calendar of campaigns and programs to ensure operational alignment and efficiency across the EMEA go-to-market efforts

  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets and ensure appropriate ROI to deliver on goals

  • Optimization and Performance Tracking: Test and measure campaign strategies to optimize performance and improve results. Use data to stay hyper-focused on ROI, monitoring campaign performance daily to make data-backed adjustments

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, SDRs and the broader sales organization to ensure proper alignment on campaigns. Lead cross-functional collaboration on strategy and guide timely delivery of associated tactical work

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly seek input on plans and share results with key stakeholders, including product marketing, digital, marketing operations content, creative, partner marketing, sales, and others

  • Content & Creative Development: Serve as a consultant in the development and repurposing of content, creative, and assets needed for campaigns, and deliver promotional plans associated with the programs. Leverage messaging frameworks, brand narrative, and other materials to write email and advertising copy that converts

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Managers, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to execute efficiently. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of related career experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation or similar - preferably within SaaS organizations 

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of team  management experience preferred

  • Extensive experience in creating and executing integrated campaigns, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and bookings goals

  • Proven track record of launching and managing goal-achieving marketing campaigns using multiple channels such as SEM/SEO, social, 3rd party advertising, field events, webinars, email, social media, and more

  • Highly strategic and consultative player who can both plan (think) and execute (do)

  • Innovative thinker with the ability to think outside the box and achieve results

  • Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation

  • Proactive and diligent worker capable of navigating fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and conscientiousness under pressure

  • Strong articulation and presentation skills, with the ability to present plans to all levels both internally and externally

  • Expertise in understanding and interpreting data, and the ability to make informed decisions and recommendations from that data

  • Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines

  • Experience working with a global digital team in a hyper-growth B2B technology company preferred

  • Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce is highly preferred

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

  • Up to 15% travel

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
