THE·TEAM is looking for a Growth & Development Senior Manager with experience and passion for global sponsorship, experiential and content creation within the sport, music and entertainment space.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the very centre of our business, helping to grow THE·TEAM in EMEA, APAC and ANZ. This role will be primarily responsible for leading the development of credential decks, proposals and case studies for business development opportunities, as well as project management of proposal responses. The responsibilities of this role will sit primarily across two main areas:

Asset Guardianship

  • Overall management of UK company credentials, updating in accordance with global BD requirements

  • Lead on the development of bespoke credentials for growth opportunities with both prospects and clients across EMEA, APAC and ANZ.

  • Manage our portfolio of case studies, working with account teams to ensure that we are showcasing our best and most impactful work.

  • Support the management and storage of all collateral, acting as the knowledge base for the business in all business development related matters.

Pitch process

  • Work with BD project leads to drive responses, helping to liaise with and manage multiple department leads to produce winning pitch responses.

  • Support the development and implementation of our ‘Pitch Process’ on BD RFPs, collating and communicating learnings to drive constant evolution and improvement.

  • Lead on the completion of RFIs, using strong relationships built up across the business to collate the necessary data and information.

Reporting to the AVP Growth & Development, this person will work with teams across B&P at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of global partnerships and activation as well as the role of the business development function. Bringing great energy and a positive attitude with the desire to ‘get stuck in’ are critical to success in this role.

With a mix of process led work as well as creativity, candidates will need to demonstrate agility and adaptability with a strong work output, particularly in client-facing situations e.g. pitch presentations, day to day internal interface and external stakeholder communications.

Further Requirements

● 4-5 years experience working in marketing services, sports or sports marketing, in business development, account management or project management

● Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides – ability to create presentations and creds decks

● Familiarity working with AI platforms

● Strong written communication skills
