Job Description

Join us as the Senior Analytics & Insights Manager for Western Europe and shape the future of one of the most dynamic markets.

In this high-impact role, you’ll partner directly with the regional Leadership Team to unlock growth, translate data into action, and influence strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. You’ll own commercial performance insight for the BU, build next-generation analytics using SQL and modern data platforms, and lead deep-dive analysis that uncovers opportunities across the shopper journey.

We’re looking for a commercially minded analytics leader who thrives in a matrix organisation, communicates with clarity, and works independently with confidence. If you’re passionate about turning data into meaningful stories, collaborating with data experts, and driving real business value — this is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a market that’s poised for significant growth.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location in London and 2 days from home.

No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is offered for this position.

The closing date for all applications will be Thursday 23rd July 2026.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own Western Europe performance narrative & commercial analytics, delivering automated, accurate insight on sales, controllable inputs and key value drivers.

  • Lead key Western Europe business review moments, synthesizing long-term category, consumer and competitive market trends turning insights into clear actions that drive growth and delivery of plans.

  • Work closely with Business Unit A&I partners to understand the local market and performance dynamics and identify trends and commonalities across the Market Group.

  • Deliver deep-dive ad-hoc analysis, combining pricing, promotions, assortment, distribution and retailer data into actionable insights.

  • Analyse performance across the full shopper journey to identify where growth is accelerating or slowing.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align insights and deliver quantifiable business value.

  • Partner with Global Analytics & Insights colleagues to systematise processes and recurring insights generation.

Do you have what it takes

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial analytics lead or insights lead role, ideally in a fast-paced CPG, retail, e-commerce, or consumer-centric environment.

  • Strong commercial competence, with ability to translate data into business impact and drive commercial decisions.

  • Strong SQL capability (Data bricks or similar) with the ability to independently query, transform and analyse complex datasets.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity, translate insights into clear actions and influence senior leaders.

  • Ability to navigate a global matrix organisation, collaborating effectively with cross-functional, regional and global teams while representing the BU with credibility.

  • Independent, self-driven working style, acting as a business owner who can influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders without close oversight.

  • Confidence partnering with data scientists and technical teams, connecting business needs with data capabilities and enabling advanced analytics.

  • Fluency in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations.
