Snowflake is looking for a passionate Senior Manager, EMEA Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead and innovate our EMEA ABM team. This role will report to the Head of Growth in EMEA. In this role you will drive the strategic vision for our EMEA 1-to-Many, 1-to-Few, and 1-to-1 ABM programs that accelerate adoption of Snowflake's AI Data Cloud across highest-value prospects and expansion accounts.

As a key function of our Growth Marketing organization, ABM is responsible for driving engagement and pipeline for our top prospect and customer accounts through the latest marketing data technologies. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing leaders to ensure this function is strategically aligned within our marketing engine.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead a strategic ABM Program and ABM teams that help acquire and grow our priority target accounts across EMEA.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing and Marketing Functional Leadership to develop and measure ABM programs for 1-to-Many, 1-to-Few, and 1-to-1 strategies.

  • Design targeted ABM campaigns for EMEA's key verticals including Financial Services , Retail & Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences.

  • Evolve and evaluate campaign KPIs and optimize performance and ROI across all ABM programs.

  • Manage investment decision for targeted advertising, paid social campaigns, events, and email channel efforts to enhance account engagement

  • Manage cross-regional ABM teams and coordinate strategic alignment across EMEA markets.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • A passion for driving ABM strategies, a successful track record of building and scaling an ABM program integrated in the pipeline generation sales engine and generating creative ideas for targeted campaigns in the enterprise data space.

  • Innovation-focused mindset with ability to adapt to rapidly evolving data and AI market trends

  • Marketing experience of 8+ years in the B2B IT area, particularly in ABM,

  • Experience with data/analytics buying cycles - Knowledge of technical evaluation processes, proof-of-concept management, and multi-stakeholder decision making in enterprise data platform purchases

  • Understanding of cloud data platform competitive landscape

  • Snowflake platform familiarity preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, and Demandbase

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities

  • Results-driven mindset and ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
