About The Role

Senior Lettings Negotiator – Investment Lettings & Management (BTR)About the Role

Knight Frank is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their fast-paced and successful Investment Lettings & Management team. Based in Baker Street and working across London, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain significant Build-to-Rent and portfolio experience.

The role offers exposure to a diverse property portfolio while enabling you to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and close lettings transactions, delivering a professional and efficient service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication throughout the lettings process
  • Manage all initial outstanding monies relating to properties let
  • Remain responsive to market changes and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Uphold Knight Frank’s professional standards and ensure compliance with administrative procedures
  • Maintain strong local market knowledge, including competitor awareness
  • Research market data and present findings in a clear, polished manner
  • Build trust, goodwill, and maintain confidentiality with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal departments and offices as required
  • Ensure all lettings are managed efficiently and professionally through clear communication
  • Develop proficiency in internal and client IT systems and understand their broader applications
  • Ensure compliance with best practice standards and current legislation
  • Manage GDPR preferences for applicants and clients
  • Undertake any additional duties delegated by the Partner
Key Experience Required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar lettings role
  • Proven track record of successful deal negotiation
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • MARLA qualification desirable (not essential)
