Senior Key Account Manager  – Paper Mills (Kent & South Region)

We’re looking for a driven Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow customer relationships across the Kent region. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical and commercial skills and a solid background in the pulp and paper industry.

You’ll play a key role in delivering value to customers, protecting and growing revenue, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts across your territory
  • Deliver technical support and optimise treatment programmes to improve performance
  • Identify and win new business and application opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive profitability through pricing, performance, and account management
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver on growth targets
  • Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to meet customer and market needs
  • Champion safety, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction

About You

  • Degree in a scientific/technical field (or relevant industry experience)
  • Strong background in the pulp and paper industry
  • Proven ability to solve technical problems and deliver results
  • Strong commercial mindset with consultative sales experience
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders
