As part of the Corporate Communications team, the Senior Internal Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in helping shape how Civica's people experience change, transformation and growth. This is a highly visible position at the heart of the business, where you'll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure employees across our global organisation feel informed, connected and engaged with Civica's vision and strategic priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact internal communications that bring Civica's strategy, transformation programmes and priorities to life.
  • Create compelling communication plans and campaigns that engage employees and drive understanding through change.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing expert guidance and influencing effective communication outcomes.
  • Oversee the delivery of engaging, high-quality content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency, clarity and impact.
  • Coordinate communications activity across teams and priorities, keeping messaging aligned and audiences connected.
  • Measure, analyse and optimise communications performance, using insights to continually improve engagement and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Desirable – experience of working in a SaaS or Technology led business
  • Proven experience delivering impactful internal communications and employee engagement campaigns within complex organisations.
  • Strong background in transformation, change and business-wide communications programmes.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex information into engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels while managing multiple priorities.
  • Highly organised and commercially minded, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Collaborative coach and trusted advisor, confident supporting leaders, subject matter experts and colleagues to communicate effectively.
