  • Partner with Investment Analytics to improve the adoption and effectiveness of reporting and pacing solutions.

  • Champion the use of data, automation, and platform capabilities to maximize return on investment and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Integration
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across all relevant media and client-facing teams.

  • Partner with Channel Leads to ensure best practices, standards, and operational consistency are implemented across accounts.

  • Facilitate cross-channel planning, learning, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Promote continuous capability development and client education on media investment and performance.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and key partners.

  • Translate complex media performance data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve media effectiveness and client outcomes.

Success Measures

The success of the Integrated Media Senior Director will be evaluated against the following key performance indicators:

  • Facilitate quarterly cross-channel planning and learning sessions.

  • Lead monthly performance review discussions with relevant stakeholders.
