Welcome to Trinny London!
Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines.

We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.

Our Values

We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow.

We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

Influencer Programme & Performance

  • Lead our global, integrated influencer roadmap, covering everything from strategic partnerships and product seeding to campaign cycles, ensuring high-impact influence throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage influencer identification, briefing, contracting, and performance (micro to macro tiers) focusing on relevance, authenticity, and brand safety. Partner with global agencies for sourcing, contracting, coordination, and content review.
  • Use influencer tools for detailed analysis, translating data into actionable strategies to optimise ROI, and identifying & onboarding new talent based on data-driven discovery.
  • Direct our global organic seeding program, making sure products get into the hands of the right high-value creators and building genuine relationships that go beyond simple transactions.

Relationship & Campaign Management

  • Be the main point of contact for our creators and nurture strong relationships with brand partners, PR agencies, and talent management agencies.
  • Manage all paid partnerships, handling contract negotiations (rates, deliverables, usage rights), and ensuring everyone is paid on time.
  • Respond to campaign briefs internally, developing and presenting exciting strategy and ideas to launch new and existing product launches via influencer marketing.
  • Develop clear, detailed briefs for paid partners and global agency networks, ensuring all content meets brand guidelines and deadlines.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of all influencer marketing initiatives, making sure we maintain strict regulatory compliance, assets are high-quality, and everything is delivered on schedule.

Creator Education & Events

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure influencer content is utilised across brand materials where possible, in order to push education and credibility.
  • Work closely with the internal events team to guarantee the flawless delivery of every event, successfully bringing the Trinny London brand world to life for our guests.
  • Manage influencer attendance from start to finish—including curating the guest list and driving attendance—with a clear focus on maximising amazing organic content creation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Be the key connector! Work closely with PR, social, brand, product, creative, and paid media teams to ensure all influencer activity is perfectly aligned with wider brand campaigns, new product launches, and business priorities.

Team Management

  • Manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Feel comfortable raising ideas, issues, and challenges to influence outcomes and progress.

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator relations or community management, within beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
  • Experience managing creator partnerships, negotiations, briefings, content approval, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong storytelling and content development skills with the ability to guide creators and agency partners.
  • Strong analytical capability; able to interpret social analytics via influencer marketing tools (Traackr, Tribe), create KPIs, and campaign measurement frameworks.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
  • Strong understanding of creator economy dynamics, platform behaviours, and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholder relationships with the ability to thrive in high paced, fast changing environments.

We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London! Although it’s useful to have the skills listed above, we’re always eager to hear from ambitious people looking for their next challenge.
