About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior R&D HRBP to join the effort and play a pivotal role in making our growth efforts count. In this role, you will be spearheading our R&D and builders team’s scaling efforts alongside business leaders and of course our amazing team members. A trusted advisor, outside-the-box and critical thinker. Come be a gatekeeper and innovator of our unique culture, making an impact on the entire organization.

  • Design, support and execute people-related strategy. 
  • Provide strategic business partnerships, thought partnerships, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
  • Proactively assess the team and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including org design, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management, and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.
  • Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding.
  • Partner with the HR Functions and Regional HR Partners as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training, and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as an HR Business Partner in a global environment - Must.
  • Experience in a global environment/ scaling teams
  • Experience partnering with R&D departments - advantage
  • Successfully coaching and mentoring diverse and highly skilled managers & team members in all levels
