- Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as the primary HR contact for game development teams and studio leadership.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support global expansion and business growth.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning for international operations.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs tailored to international hires and cross-cultural integration
- Drive talent management processes for global teams.
- Manage complex employee relations matters across different cultural and legal environments.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment that supports diverse international teams.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives that resonate across global teams.
- Oversee compensation adjustment based on the company C&B policy.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage global mobility and expatriate programs for international assignments.
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience with significant international exposure.
- Proven track record in the gaming industry, preferably with experience supporting game development studios.
- Demonstrated success in supporting distributed/remote international teams.
- Deep understanding of international employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics for international operations.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse international teams
- Experience with game development lifecycle and understanding of studio operations.
- Background in supporting creative/technical teams in fast-paced gaming environments.
- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and talent market dynamics.
