You'll thrive if you:
  • Take ownership with strong judgment and low ego

  • Balance high standards with empathy

  • Enjoy fast-moving, evolving environments

  • Solve complex people and organizational challenges

  • Move seamlessly between strategy and execution

  • Build trust through influence and credibility

You'll help drive:
  • Organizational design and team effectiveness

  • Leadership coaching and capability

  • Performance, talent, and succession planning

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has operated at Director-level HRBP scope, Head of People level, or equivalent

  • Has experience partnering with Engineering, Research, Applied AI, Product, or other highly technical organizations

  • Has experience in startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environments

  • Has supported globally distributed organizations

  • Is an exceptional written communicator who thrives in async environments

Location: This role is based in London and follows a hybrid working model. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating in person and can regularly work from our London office alongside the leaders and teams they'll support.

If this role feels exciting but slightly ahead of your current scope or experience, we'd also encourage you to explore our HR Business Partner opening. We're hiring across multiple levels of the People team and would love to stay connected with exceptional talent.
