Owns revenue enablement programs for EMEA field teams from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration. The role requires production Kubernetes and Helm expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge, DevOps and CI/CD experience, customer-facing skills, French fluency, and travel of up to 20–40%.

Design, build, and deploy reliable LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows for enterprise customers. Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable AI solutions, integrate agents with tools, APIs, and sensitive data, and ship features for Cohere’s North platform. Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency; contribute to shared AI engineering standards; collaborate with customer engineering teams; and travel 20–40% for on-site customer and partner work.

Lead deployment of North product in private cloud environments, partnering with clients to assess infrastructure needs and resolving technical issues effectively.

Identify, qualify, and nurture enterprise leads for Cohere's AI solutions through outbound outreach, BANT qualification, Salesforce pipeline management, and collaboration with marketing. Run smaller sales cycles to close opportunities and stay current on industry and product trends.
