Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency; contribute to shared AI engineering standards; collaborate with customer engineering teams; and travel 20–40% for on-site customer and partner work.

Lead deployment of North product in private cloud environments, partnering with clients to assess infrastructure needs and resolving technical issues effectively.

Lead North's integrations strategy and execution: prioritize, ship, and drive adoption of connectors and ecosystem tooling. Partner with customers and engineering to convert integrations into reusable platform capabilities (auth, connector framework, data sync, permissions). Define developer/partner experience (APIs, SDKs, plugins) and instrument analytics to measure adoption, time-to-stand-up, and retention.
