This position follows a hybrid work model, with three days onsite (Tuesday through Thursday) at our Rosemont HQ, Chicago, or Houston office.
We are seeking an action-oriented and people-focused Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will primarily focus on performance management and company communications, playing a key part in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring transparent, engaging internal communication across the organization. This position will report to the VP of HR.
This person must be located in the Chicagoland area and will be expected to be in our Rosemont, IL office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance the company’s performance management framework with a focus on timely execution and impact.
- Partner with leaders to set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and swiftly develop action plans for underperformance.
- Facilitate regular performance review cycles, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Proactively drive initiatives to recognize high performers and support career development paths.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and provide insights that inform talent strategies.
- Partner with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all internal platforms (Teams, email, intranet, company meetings, etc.).
- Take swift, strategic action to support change management efforts by creating communication plans that drive understanding and adoption of new initiatives.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
- Proven experience in performance management and internal communications within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
- Strong bias to action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or similar industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree; HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
